What is Kinusaiga?

Kinusaiga is a Japanese-inspired fabric art technique that creates a beautiful picture by layering fabric into a design. Instead of sewing, fabric is tucked into grooves in the surface of the canvas to create the finished artwork.

Your kit includes:

• 11 x 14 inch foam canvas. The design has been pre-cut into the canvas, so you can start creating right away! ​

• African print fabrics in a variety of colors

• Solid colored cotton fabric in a variety of colors

• Fabric tucking tool

• Craft glue to secure fabric ends

• Trim ribbon with decorative push pins
